Note: Full spoilers ahead for this Phantom Liberty mission.

To start the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty side gig “Dazed and Confused,” you must first go through the main story of the DLC until you can fully explore the new open-world area. Once you get to this point in the story, Mr. Hands will offer you this job. Head to the location of the BD studio to start the side gig.

Here’s everything you need to do to compete this quick and straightforward quest:

  1. After speaking with Shanks, head to Lina’s known location.
  2. Either eliminate the guys hanging out front of her place or tell them to leave.
  3. Knock on Lina’s door and then wait on the chair nearby for her.
  4. Either immediately pay Lina $10,000 or send it to her whenever you have it. Yeah, I know that’s a lot of money for this side quest.
  5. Wait 24 hours in-game to continue the story.
  6. Return to Shank and observe the BD shoot.
  7. Sit in the director’s chair and take charge of the BD recording to complete the mission.

You’ll get a few solid rewards for this side gig, including $8,000, some solid experience, and the Baby Boomer unique two-handed club weapon. Unfortunately, no, you don’t get your $10,000 fully back unless you decide to sell the new weapon you got for cash.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
