How do I play Spino Doubleblaster in Genshin Impact?
Spino Doubleblaster is a limited-time event in Genshin Impact running between July 2-7, 2024. In order to play it, you must reach Adventure Rank 20, complete the Mondstadt Archon Quest by going through “Song of the Dragon and Freedom,” and be able to head to Fontaine. The game is located on the west side of the island, where the Domain Denouement of Sin is located in Fontaine.
Players go through various Spino Doubleblaster levels, in which they must pop balloons with different kinds of blasters in order to get points. Each stage will have certain balloons which trigger special effects. Some of these bonuses as simple as giving you more points when one is struck. A few types will explode and pop nearby balloons. Others will deduct points if they are struck.
Your blaster’s effect will change with every stage too. This means that the shape may change, but the principle of the game remains the same nonetheless. You’ll be using blasters that fire single circle-shaped bullets or horizontal line-shaped bullets, for example. Every time you fire, you’ll consume energy, so be mindful about how often you’re firing. You can replenish energy over time and by striking the blue treasure chest-shaped balloons.
Each stage of the event is unlocked gradually throughout the event, meaning that every stage will be playable on the fourth day of the event. Here’s the full schedule for when each one appears:
- Stage 1: July 2, 2024
- Stage 2: July 2, 2024
- Stage 3: July 3, 2024
- Stage 4: July 3, 2024
- Stage 5: July 4, 2024
- Stage 6: July 4, 2024
- Stage 7: July 5, 2024
- Stage 8: July 5, 2024
Tips for beating Spino Doubleblaster
One of the best ways to get points in this game is to strike the middle of balloon clusters. A lot of times, this will mean that you’ll also be popping the balloons around it. That grants you more points.
If you shoot at a balloon cluster, but end up missing one or two balloons, it’s better to move onto the next balloon cluster than to try shooting at stragglers. Getting gold on each level won’t come down to one or two balloons. So if you miss a couple, it’s no big deal.
Finally, pay attention to which balloons are present in each level. By doing this, you’ll know which balloons you should aim for first or to should avoid.
What are the Spino Doubleblaster rewards?
Like a lot of events in Genshin Impact, each stage’s rewards are divided among gold, silver, and bronze tiers, with each one based off accumulating a certain amount of points. For example, on the first stage, reaching bronze requires 1,000 points, silver requires 1,500 points, and gold requires 2,000 points.
Each tier has its own rewards per stage. Generally, bronze tier will give you 50 Primogems, 20,000 Mora, and 2 Hero’s Wit character EXP books. Silver will give you 20,000 Mora and 3 weapon ascension materials. Lastly, gold will give you 20,000 Mora and 3 Mystic Enhancement Ore weapon EXP crystals.
By completing the entire event, you’ll also get the Improved Crococannon furnishing blueprint for your Serenitea Teapot.
