FF7 Rebirth A Kingly Clash Card Carnival Solution

In Chapter 6: Fool’s Paradise, the Costa del Sol Card Carnival becomes available in FF7 Rebirth. The Queen’s Blood mini-game offers players a set of card challenges with pre-set puzzle solutions. As a result, you have to figure out where to place each card on the board to win the match.

One of these is the A Kingly Clash FF7 Rebirth card puzzle, which has you using Tonberry King. If you are confused about how to beat this, we’ve got you covered! After spending over 120 hours playing Queen’s Blood we have mapped out every step to solve this puzzle.

For your first move, you will want to use one of your “Zu” cards and place it above Elphadunk on the second square of the first row from the top of the board.

For the second move, you will want to use your other Zu card and, this time, place it under the Elphadunk on the second square in the bottom third row. By doing this you make your middle row have a square with two power points on it.

It’s time to use your Tonberry King card. For this step, place Tonberry King in the middle open square directly in front of Elphadunk. This will put us in the final position, allowing us to wrap up this match with a victory.

A Kingly Clash – Step 4 (Deathweel)

In the next step, you will want to use one of your Deathwheel cards and place it in the first square in the top row. This will knock out the opponent’s Deathtrooper card in the bottom row by hitting with negative 3 points. However, you will also notice your Zu in the bottom row will also be taken out. Don’t panic, as we want this to happen. When your own cards are eliminated, it boosts the power of Tonberry King.

For move 5, you will want to use your second Deathwheel card and place it in the first square of the bottom row. This will immediately knock out the opponent’s Flametrooper card in the top row. Like Step 4, though, your Zu and Elphadunk will take heavy damage and become eliminated. However, this will massively boost the power of your Tonberry King card.

A Kingly Clash – Step 6 (Mindflayer)

The final step in the A Kingly Clash FF7 Rebirth challenge will have you using your Mindflayer to take out both of your Deathwheel cards. Place your Mindflayer in the first square of the middle row, and eliminate both your Deathwheels. Your Tonberry King will now have 15 points total.

A Kingly Clash – Step 7 (Pass)

There are no more moves left to make, so it’s now time to end the game. Hold the “Triangle” button down to “Pass.” When the scores are tallied up, you will have 16, and your opponent will have 14, giving you the Victory. This is how to beat a Kingly Clash in FF7 Rebirth.
