HoYoVerse already teased the new characters several months ago. We know that Dan Heng – Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan will be the limited 5-star characters. Lynx Landau, the younger sister of Gepard and Serval, will be the new 4-star character. The major Simulated Universe update will also bring little mini-games, such as one where you have to beat up as many Trotters as possible within a timeframe.

While version 1.3 will not have a major story update, there will be lots of new companion quests. You’ll be able to know more about four different characters: Lynx, March 7th, Dan Heng (Imbibitor Lunae), and Luka. There will also be a limited time quest that focuses on Sushang, which will also give a free copy of her.

Currently, in version 1.2 of Honkai: Star Rail, Kafka and new 4-star character Luka are available in the gacha. The Underground Treasure Hunt event is also still available. It will end on August 27, 2023, just a few days before the next update.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on mobile devices and Windows PC. Version 1.3 of Honkai: Star Rail will launch on August 30, 2023.
