HoYoVerse released a new character trailer for Honkai: Star Rail, this time featuring Himeko the navigator. She is the character who originally found and repaired the Astral Express. She will be available in game as a five-star character that walks the path of Erudition and utilizes the Fire element. She was previously playable in all three of the closed beta tests.
In the trailer below, she is voiced by her English actress Cia Court, who is known for voicing Vi in League of Legends. Her Japanese counterpart is Rie Tanaka, who played Lisa in Genshin Impact, Sesshoin Kiara in Fate: Grand Order, and Himeko Murata in Honkai Impact 3rd. In battle, she uses a transforming briefcase that can become a buzzsaw, a flying drone, or a handy seat. Her ultimate calls down an orbital laser on her foes whilst she sits down and enjoys some tea.
Himeko is not the only Honkai: Star Rail character to receive a character trailer recently, as HoYoVerse have been releasing character trailers all through the game’s multiple closed beta tests. Some recent examples include the healing dragon Bailu and the ice swordsman Yanqing.
Honkai: Star Rail is set to release on April 26, 2023 for PC and Mobile devices, with pre-loading available on April 23, 2023. It will also come to PlayStation consoles at a later date.
