During the Capcom Spotlight held on March 9, 2023, the company announced that Japanese actress Hikaru Takahashi will be the eight and last Color Commentator in the upcoming Street Fighter 6. There will be four English and four Japanese commentators. The game will offer real-time commentary subtitles for 13 languages.

Additionally, players will be able to turn on Rally Support and make the commentators cheer for the player.
Some other commentators appearing in the Street Figher 6 alongside Hikaru Takahashi include wrestler Thea Trinidad, and fighting game community commentators Tasty Steve and James Chen.

Street Fighter 6 will launch on June 2, 2023 and is currently in development for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Windows PC, and arcades.
