Higurashi chapter 7 Chapter 7 of Higurashi: When They Cry is out today, according to a press release from MangaGamer, for 19.95 Euros (around $27). Titled “Minagoroshi’,” this is the second-to-last chapter in the story, with the final chapter set for release sometime later this year.
