The PlayStation VR is a big part of Sony’s E3 2016 showing this year, and Siliconera got to take an early look at its setup before its October 13 release.

While the PlayStation VR is a standalone device, the above setup shows that it’ll need several other devices to go with it, such as the PlayStation Camera and PlayStation Move controllers, which adds about an extra $100 to its $399 price tag.

The PlayStation VR uses a 5.7-inch OLED display panel, featuring a 960 x 1080 resolution, and it also uses a different processor. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz and 90Hz with a 100-degrees field of view with less than 18ms delay.

The device in the middle with the pink light is called the “PS VR Aim Controller” which is said to offer the most realistic and precise way to control some of the PlayStation VR games with its direct 1-to-1 tracking, allowing you to aim just as you would in real life.

We’ll have more PlayStation VR and the titles showcased at E3 2016 soon.
