Here’s How the Genshin Impact Five Flushes of Fortune Event Works

You better not throw away your shot, as the Genshin Impact Five Flushes of Fortune event is about to begin. Between February 3-10, 2021, people will be able to take in-game Kameras and find the right pictures to earn different rewards. If you capture the right subjects, which will trigger the right color photos, you’ll get Primogems, Hero’s Wits, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ores. There’s even an opportunity to work together with other players.

miHoYo better explained how it works. If someone reached Adventure Rank 20 and already completed Ji Tong’s Kurious Kamera quest in Liyue, then they can start taking pictures. The issue is that it focuses on certain colors. Your goal will be to take pictures where there are certain predominant colors and give them to Ji Tong. You can take a total of 10 pictures per day, and you can keep 50 photos total.

There is also a cooperative element for the Genshin Impact Five Flushes of Fortune. In addition to going off to take pictures together, you can share them. So if you have a photo of a color your friend needs and they have one you need, you can perform a Photo Swap. By trading, it might be easier for both to complete the event.

Finally, this quest will lead into a new gadget. At the moment, people only have a standard Kamera in-game. After this event ends, there will be a new “Perfect Shot” quest. Like “Kurious Kamera,” finishing it will net you this additional Kamera. As shown in a teaser image from miHoYo, it seems this camera will have different colored filters you can use.
