League of Legends music is rather notable. From the standard soundtrack to special songsfrom people like Lil’ Nas X, there’s a lot to go through. However, one of the most talked about tends to be K/DA, a K-pop group made up of League of Legends characters with multiple songs. These characters get their own merchandise, and the popularity of the tracks transcend an audience limited to people who know about the game. So, here’s a quick refresher going over what someone needs to know about the group.
Who are K/DA in League of Legends
This is a bit of a complicated question!
The easy answer is that K/DA is made up of four characters from League of Legends. Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa perform together. There are even alternate skins of them in their K-pop outfits in-game.
The complicated answer is that it varies. Depending on the song and performance, the singer behind each character can differ. (G)I-dle’s Soyeon is the lone consistent member, always performing as Akali. However, the others often change out. Ahri is (G)I-dle’s Miyeon for “Pop/Stars,” but is Nayeon from Twice in “I’ll Show You.”
So it’s easiest to just think of them “as” the characters.
What are the League of Legends K/DA songs?
This is much easier to answer! The song “Pop/Stars” and the group K/DA debuted at the 2018 League of Legends World Championships.
