naruto poll

The Naruto and Boruto Twitter account released early results for the NarutoP99 character popularity poll thus far. For those we are unfamiliar with it, this is a global survey in which the winner will appear in a short manga focusing on them.

There have been a million votes at this point in time, though since people can vote more than once, this does not necessarily mean a million people have voted.

The results so far are:

  1. Minato Namikaze (Fourth Hokage)
  2. Itachi Uchiha
  3. Uchiha Shisui
  4. Naruto Uzumaki
  5. Kakashi Hatake
  6. Madara Uchiha
  7. Jiraiya
  8. Sasuke Uchiha
  9. Sakura Haruno
  10. Obito Uchiha

As a reminder, the winner of the Naruto survey will star in an original, new manga about them, so this is not an ordinary character popularity poll. There will also be official art from Kishimoto of the top twenty characters.

This poll will last until January 31, 2023. You can vote once per day, and you can look up the name of the character you like to find them easily. After you put in your vote, there is a little manga panel of the character showing their gratitude, and you can share who you voted for on social media. We will know the results of the poll in April 2023.

Naruto and Boruto are available on streaming services such as Crunchyroll. The character popularity poll for the Naruto will last until January 31, 2023.
