Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories’ cast is primarily made up of returning characters from the Nintendo 3DS installment, Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley. In it, a wizard named Gareth and a witch named Tabitha would visit the valley and task people with various quests. However, you couldn’t make either your spouse. Natsume announced on Facebook today that both will be romanceable characters in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories.
Natsume also discussed how people will raise affection of possible marriage candidate and other villagers. Gifts can be given and talking with people will make them like you. Gifts can be crops, items from animals, prepared dishes, or items found while foraging. An affection meter will appear on every character’s textbox, showing how much they like a player’s avatar. Getting married will also play a part in restoring the Seeds of Memories.
Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories will be coming to the Nintendo Wii U, Windows PCs, Apple iOS, and Android devices this winter.
