Natsume and Limited Run Games revealed the Harvest Moon: One World Collector’s Edition, and you’re going to need to plant, harvest, and ship quite a few crops to afford it. The Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 versions will each cost $99.99. Pre-orders will open on January 5, 2021. As this isn’t a “limited run,” you won’t have to rush to try and ensure you get a copy.
There will be two additional items included in the Harvest Moon: One World Collector’s Edition. In addition to a physical, region-free copy of the game, you get a plush chicken and a musical diorama that plays the game’s “Spring on the Beach” song. The characters for the diorama are magnetic, so you can choose where the male and female protagonists and the three animals go around the barn. (You get a chicken, cow, and a sheep.)
If one of those items looks familiar, that’s because it isn’t exclusive to the Harvest Moon: One World Collector’s Edition. Back when Natsume announced the release date, it confirmed GameStop pre-orders would include a stuffed chicken plush.
This also isn’t the only special edition for the game. The NIS America Online Store has $79.99 Switch and PS4 Limited Editions that come with the game, a cloth poster, a set of six pins featuring animals you’ll see in the game, and a soundtrack CD.
Harvest Moon: One World will debut on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on March 2, 2021.
