Hammerin’ Harry, Undercover Cops, And Ninja Spirit Live On In Irem 3DS Collection

R-Type developer Irem’s bread and butter these days is a series of slot machine video games. While they aren’t making any new Hammerin’ Harry games, they haven’t totally forgotten about Gen-san. In fact, Irem is blending their past with their present.

Pachipara 3D: Ocean Story 2 for Nintendo 3DS includes four Game Boy games as bonuses, Famitsu reports. The pachislot game includes: Ninja Spirit, R-Type (Game Boy version), Undercover Cops, and Hammerin’ Harry: Ghost Breeding Company. So far, none of these games have been announced as Virtual Console downloads for the 3DS. Irem calls this "Irem Collection Volume 1" hinting that we’ll see future titles from Irem’s library bundled together.
