Halo 4 Will Emerge On The Xbox 360 Late Next Year, Halo Remake This Year

Microsoft showed off a teaser trailer for Halo 4 at their E3 2011 media presentation today, with the game slated for a release during “Holiday 2012”. It will be the start of a new Halo trilogy.

 

Prior to the release of Halo 4, we’ll see Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, a remake of the original Halo for the Xbox 360 on November 15th, 2011.

 

Microsoft say Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will feature upgraded visuals and a re-mastered singleplayer campaign. They haven’t announced whether it will be a retail game or a digitally-distributed title.
