Gundam Extreme VS 2 X Boost

The key visual art for X Boost showed a total of 5 Mobile Suits, with the original RX-78-2 Gundam at the center focus. The four new Mobile Suits that can be spotted in the artwork are as follows:

  • Unicorn Gundam 03 Phenex from Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative
  • Star Build Strike Gundam from Gundam Build Fighters
  • Gundam Flauros from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans
  • Kabakali from Gundam: Reconguista in G

One of these Mobile Suits will be added earlier to the current arcade version of Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs 2 in Japan. The other three will have to wait until they are available on the launch roster of X Boost. The details on which Mobile Suit will be getting the early bird slot will be revealed at the post-closed beta test stream on Sunday, November 8, 2020, at 20:00 JST (07:00 AM ET).

Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs 2 X Boost is currently under development for arcades as a successor to Extreme Vs 2, the current arcade version in Japan. It is yet to be known if any of these new Mobile Suits will be also added to the worldwide PS4 console version of Maxi Boost ON, which is the predecessor of Extreme Vs 2 in the arcades.
