Guilty Gear Strive Ky Kiske Dragon Install

Arc System Works published three new high-level gameplay videos of Guilty Gear Strive on its YouTube channel to help generate hype for the new fighting game and its upcoming open beta test. The company noted in the video descriptions that the footage was taken from the open beta client. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

The first video pits the series protagonist Sol Badguy against the first newcomer Nagoriyuki. Although the Nagoriyuki user dominated the early match with his mighty long sword, the Sol player made comebacks in the next two duels, finishing off with his new super move Heavy Mob Cemetery in the final duel.

The second video has Ky Kiske fighting against the other brand-new character Giovanna. While Giovanna showed how characters in Guilty Gear Strive can land additional juggle attacks while launching the opponent towards another section of the stage, Ky ultimately won the match with his new ability to activate Dragon Install, which greatly enhances special moves.

The third and last video published today shows the long-time character Axl Low fighting against Ramlethal Valentine, who makes her return from the Guilty Gear Xrd series. This match completely went in favor of the Axl player, who was able to control the fight with a combination of long-range attacks and Axl’s new move, One Vision. One Vision stops time for everything other than Axl himself, including the background music.
