At Anime Expo 2024, Arc System Works revealed a trailer for Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers that also introduced new character Unika and the series’ 2025 launch window. It also introduced the plot for the story, which stars Unika, Sin Kiske, and Sol Badguy.
The events of the anime begin when Sin, who will be voiced by Issei Miyazaki, is heading to see his parents Ky Kiske and Dizzy get married. However, as he’s doing so, he meets Unika. She’s the new character voiced by Yui Ishikawa. Unika’s goal is to destroy gears, all because she hates them.

Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers will air in 2025. Guilty Gear Strive is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. It is unknown if Unika will also eventually be added to the game as a playable character.
