Get Your Own Graffiti Design In The Download Release Of Jet Set Radio

Recommended Videos

Jet Set Radio is headed to PC, Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network this summer as a download game, and Sega are giving fans a chance to get their own tag in the game.

Sega are going to put eighteen pieces of new graffiti into the game, and are asking fans in the U.S. and U.K. to send in their own digital graffiti designs. The catch is that the graffiti needs to be completely original, not feature any Sega characters, or violate the trademarks of any other company. It also can’t resemble any recognizable person or personality.

Full rules for the contest can be viewed here. Prizes include a copy of the game, a Jet Set Radio hoodie, a Jet Set Radio branded beverage shaker, and the Etón Rukus Solar – Portable Blue Tooth Sound System with a solar panel.

Originally released in 2000 for the Dreamcast, Jet Set Radio was one of the first prominent cel-shaded games to be developed. It had a combination of skating and tagging — with graffiti — in an alternate take on Tokyo.
