Genshin Impact Windtrace Event

Genshin Impact Windtrace Event Details Revealed

miHoYo released a blog post detailing the upcoming Windtrace event heading to Genshin Impact. Like other events, players will be able to earn various level up materials, mora, and primogems. Players can expect to see the event appear in Genshin Impact on May 14, 2021. The event will last until May 24, 2021.

However, event participation does come with some stipulations. Players must have all Statues of the Seven unlocked within specific locations in order to participate in the event. This does not mean that players will need to unlock every Statue of Seven on the overworld map. Instead, players only need to unlock the Statues of Seven in the designated event locations. Additionally, players must be Rank 20 or above to have access to the event.

As mentioned previously, Genshin Impact players can participate in the Windtrace event to receive various rewards. This includes the collecting of Windtrace Coins from event participation. Unfortunately, Windtrace Coins can only be obtained through playing randomized games using the matching function. Players will not be able to obtain the event currency when playing in custom co-op. Completing challenges will reward players with extra mora rewards. Other rewards include a special name card.

Genshin Impact is readily available on mobile devices, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC. A Nintendo Switch version is currently in development.
