Genshin Impact Raiden Shogun Banner Will Include Sara

Though the Genshin Impact 2.1 August 20, 2021 stream ended up being delayed, the Japanese Twitter account continued to share details about things to come. For example, the account shared a tweet noting how the two banners for this next patch will look. One upcoming Genshin Impact banner will include both the four-star Sara Kujou and five-star Raiden Shogun Baal, while the other will include the five-star Kokomi Sangonomiya. The English stream later confirmed the Raiden Shogun and Sara will appear first in Reign of Serenity, while Kokomi will appear in Drifting Luminescence.

There are also some new trailer focusing on each of the upcoming units. First, here’s Genshin Impact gameplay footage of the Raiden Shogun Baal. She’s facing a Fiery Might Kairagi. As with all of these clips, people can see her use her Elemental Skill and Burst attacks. She’s an Electro-type character.

Next up is Sara, who will appear alongside the Raiden Shogun in a Genshin Impact banner. She fights some basic Treasure Hoarders in her gameplay clip. Like Baal, she is also an Electro-type. Which makes sense, as she is the Electro Archon.

Finally, here’s the dedicated footage of Kokomi gameplay from Genshin Impact. Of the three, she’s the only one who doesn’t use electricity. She’s a Hydro character who uses a catalyst.

Genshin Impact is playable on the PS4, PS5, PC, and both Android and Apple iOS devices. A Switch version is in development. Genshin Impact banners with the Raiden Shogun and Sara on one and then with Kokomi on another are on the way, with the Raiden Shogun one beginning on September 1, 2021 when 2.1 drops.
