Genshin Impact Paimon and Traveler Voice Actors Revealed

miHoYo’s been gradually releasing names of Genshin Impact voice actors throughout November 2020. Now, we’re getting down to some of the major characters. That is, the Genshin Impact Paimon and Traveler sibling voice actors have all been revealed. And if they sounded familiar, it’s for a pretty good reason.

First, miHoYo revealed the two voices behind the Travelers. The brother, Aether, is voiced by Zach Aguilar in English and Shun Horie in Japanese. Recently, Aguilar played Byleth in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Genos in One Punch Man’s anime and game adaptations, and Tanjiro in Demon Slayer. The sister, Lumine, is played by Sarah Miller-Crews in English, who most recently voiced Angela in Trials of Mana. Her Japanese voice actress is Aoi Yuuki, who is also Lysithea in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Futaba Sakura in Persona 5, Menat in Street Fighter V, Taihou in Azur Lane, Platinum the Trinity in BlazBlue, and Froppy in My Hero Academia.

Then, miHoYo confirmed Genshin Impact’s Paimon is voiced by Corina Boettger in English and Aoi Koga in Japanese. Boettger is also a One Punch Man veteran, having voiced Terrible Tornado in the show and game. She’s also Anju Yuki in Love Live!. Koga has worked with miHoYo before, as she played Rozaliya Olenyeva in Honkai Impact 3rd. She is also Kaguya Shinomiya in Kaguya-sama: Love is War.

This is all part of a regular rollout of Genshin Impact voice actor announcements. miHoYo takes to Twitter to gradually reveal them, with the first few people’s identities revealed around the beginning of November 2020. In addition to Paimon and the Traveler reveals, we’ve recently learned who the people behind Childe, Diona, Fischl, and Keqing are.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, and both Android and Apple iOS devices. A Nintendo Switch version is in development. It is also nominated in two The Game Awards 2020 categories.
