A new Udon art book issue filled with designs from its artists of different Darkstalkers and Street Fighters is on the way, and both the preorders and covers have been revealed. New Morrigan and Chun-Li art from Omar Dogan on the two different and connected covers will show the heroines facing off against each other when the Udon x Capcom Sketchbook Alpha is released on June 15, 2020.

There will actually be three cover options for the Udon x Capcom Sketchbook Alpha issue. Cover A features the Chun-Li art from and has her munching on Doritos-like chip while angrily wielding a controller. Cover B has a mocking Morrigan using a fight stick to beat her opponent up. The third option is blank. All three of those will be $30 each through Udon’s official store, though you can get the Cover A and B options together for $50.

While the covers are different, the images inside are the same. Each one is 48 pages long and has original Udon art from things like Street Fighter Origins: Sagat and actual Capcom designs for items like potential Street Fighter IV costumes. It will only be available online, directly through Udon.

Here are some sample pages from the issue.

Udon x Capcom Sketchbook Alpha should begin shipping out on June 15, 2020. However, some of the company’s art books have been delayed by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, like the Street Fighter: Swimsuit Special Collection featuring Chun-Li art on the cover, so keep that in mind.
