Full PlayStation Network Services To Resume This Week In Most Regions

Full PlayStation Network services, including the PlayStation Store, will resume in most regions of the world this week, Sony Computer Entertainment announced today. The three regions that will be required to wait longer are Japan, Hong Kong, and South Korea.

 

The full list of services that will resume this week — quoted verbatim — includes:

 

  • Full functionality on PlayStation Store
  • In-game commerce
  • Ability to redeem vouchers and codes
  • Full functionality on Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity for PS3, PSP, Vaio and
    other PCs
  • Full functionality on Media Go

 

Sony also mentioned that details of the “Welcome Back” compensation package will continue to be announced regionally. You can find details of the U.S. and European packages here, and the Japanese and Asian packages here.
