As previously reported, Sony will begin operating a free-to-play online RPG on PlayStation Home soon. Titled Mercia: Fractured Realms, the game lets you play as three different characters—a Ranger, Fighter or Defender.

Not much else is known about Mercia, but as with most role-playing games, it will allow you to customize your armour, weapons and spells. You’ll explore the world and dungeons, fighting monsters and completing quests and collecting items. The game will also have an experience and reward system.

Mercia will launch on August 30th in PlayStation Home. You can watch a teaser trailer for the game here.
