Plenty of companies are giving away free games or items as a way to encourage people to stay home during the pandemic. Bandai Namco has free Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 copies for almost everyone. Until May 10, 2020, people with a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC worldwide could go ahead and download a copy of the game and keep it forever.
Bandai Namco said this is a part of the company’s new “More Fun for Everyone—at Home” endeavor. The goal is to make it easier for people to stay at home to protect the health of everyone and flatten the curve. Since it considers Pac-Man the company’s “beloved goodwill ambassador,” it is sending him out to everyone to hopefully spread some joy.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is an updated and more neon version of Pac-Man. There are multiple visual options and you have an Adventure Mode that has large bosses. It originally launched in September 2018.
Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The free Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 copies are available to claim until May 10, 2020.
