Former Castlevania Composer Composing For Mushihimesama Bug Panic

Recommended Videos

Earlier this year, it was brought to light that former Castlevania composer, Michiru Yamane, had left her post at Konami and moved on to become an independent music composer so that she could work on a broader range of styles. What’s she been up to since?

Working with Cave amongst other things, apparently. The news comes via Cave’s English Twitter account, which recently confirmed that Yamane is working on one half of the soundtrack to Mushihimesama Bug Panic for the iPhone.

The other half? That’s being composed by Mica Nozawa, who’s worked on a range of games from Crayon Shin-chan to a couple Yuu Yuu Hakusho games. Nozawa previously contributed Cave’s Cave no Uta Black Label album, but she also has a lot of experience outside the realm of games.
