By Apart from planetarian, Japanese publisher Prototype announced that Flowers, the shoujo ai visual novel by the Kara no Shoujo developer, is getting a PlayStation 4 release that collects all four “season” arcs into one game.

The game will be in full HD, and have even higher quality voices and music. The game is set to come out sometime in 2019.
Flowers is coming to PlayStation 4 in 2019, and is currently available on PC in four arcs. Flowers has also gotten a localized release back in 2016, which you can read more about here.
