Five Nights At Freddy’s 4 Is Out Right Now On PC

Scott Cawthon has released his latest horror game Five Nights At Freddy’s 4 for Windows on Steam.

It wasn’t supposed to be out until August 8th last we heard. But Cawthon admits that he’s “bad with release dates,” and as the game is finished now, he’s released it. He previously said that the game would receive extra content on Halloween so that should still be happening unless he moves that forward too.

In Five Nights At Freddy’s 4 you play as a child who has to protect themselves in their home while Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and “even worse things” stalk them. You have a flashlight and must scare away anything that creeps at you from the far end of hallways. But if you flash the light in the face of something close to (make sure to listen out for noises) then it will be your end.

As with the previous games, you have to safeguard yourself until 6am. As well as the flashlight, you do this by closing doors, and watching out for anything that appears in the closet behind you or on your bed.
