FiNC Home Fit Heading West as Knockout Home Fitness

XSEED Games revealed its third mystery title for E3 2021. It is Knockout Home Fitness, a localization of FiNC Home Fit. Like Ring Fit Adventure and Fitness Boxing, it is designed to help Switch owners exercise with the system. This one’s gimmick is that it uses boxing and martial arts moves to help you train. There are even virtual trainers.

When you head into a round of Knockout Home Fitness, it will offer recommended programs. It will also let you set your training settings. For example, the first trailer showed a session where the goal was weight loss, the focus was the lower body, and the time span would be 30 minutes. There are four focus areas total, which are full body, upper body, abs, and lower body. 3 Minute Fitness sessions are also available. It takes data as you use it, to generate a My Report letting you know how you did.

Here’s the initial teaser trailer for Knockout Home Fitness. It mentions how this is a martial arts sort of simulation. It also briefly shows the four trainers, who are Christie, Matilda, Satsuki, and Takumi.

Knockout Home Fitness will come to the Nintendo Switch in Fall 2021. It launched in Japan back in October 2020.
