He Has Finally Done It—World of Final Fantasy’s Cid Is A Robot

Cid has always been around as an engineer or a mecha guru characters of some sorts throughout the Final Fantasy series, and he actually takes on a robotic form in World of Final Fantasy. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]

Cid [CV: Showtaro Morikubo] is an android mecha. He’s full of knowledge and will occasionally help out the main characters throughout their journey.

The magazine scan also gives us a look at Ultima Weapon, who gives orders to the Mirages, and is said to be the most brutal existence.

World of Final Fantasy will release in Japan in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
