The global version of Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia has added another notable hero. The Royal Hope event has brought Final Fantasy XV’s Noctis into the fray. Until December 13, 2019, people can participate in quests and missions to add him, his five-star weapon, and two pieces of his five-star armor to their collection of playable characters.

To recruit Noctis, you must play through the Royal Hope “Used to Favors” cutscene. (This means watching an introductory cutscene, completing the easiest mission in this event, then watching the cutscene following the mission you could beat with characters at or around level 10.) To get two pieces of Prince’s Fatigues armor for him, you must complete the “Royal Hope Pt. 3” and “Royal Hope Pt. 4” missions. The 15CP, five-star Engine Blade weapon is given as a reward for completing “Royal Hope Pt. 5.”

Here are the official descriptions for Noctis and his Command Abilities.

Crown Prince of Lucis, a kingdom under the divine protection of the Crystal. To prepare himself for his wedding, he takes a road trip with his friends Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto, earning a wealth of experience along the way. Uncomfortable with special treatment, his personality is not particularly princely.
