Another new batch of Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5 screenshots have been released. The official Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5 Death Unto Dawn website now features new images of the upcoming Diamond Weapon trial. Additionally, the website also provides a brief look at an upcoming ceremony that will be held in the Firmament as part of the Ishgardian Restoration questline. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

As mentioned previously, the new Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5 screenshots include a brief look as to what the upcoming Diamond Weapon trial will have to offer. Players will challenge the Diamond Weapon on The Cloud Deck, a new stage for another challenging battle to take place. Additionally, a better look at the Diamond Weapon has been provided.

The Ishgardian Restoration questline is slowly coming to a close. And with that, a special celebration will be held in the Firmament. Risensong Quarter will be decorated to celebrate the momentous occasion. Screenshots of the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV PlayStation 5 beta have been shared as well. However, these screenshots are mostly stills from a previously released Final Fantasy XIV PlayStation 5 demonstration video.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available on PlayStation 4 and PC. The first part of Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5 will arrive on April 13, 2021 alongside the PlayStation 5 beta.
