Final Fantasy XIV and XVI PAX East Plans Revealed

Square Enix will bring Final Fantasy XIV and XVI to PAX East again on March 22-23, 2024. It announced the schedule of events, activities that will be present, and confirmed both panels for the game will be streamed on Twitch and YouTube.

With the Final Fantasy XIV PAX East 2024 activities, those are Dawntrail themed. The panel is called “Journey to Dawntrail: The 10 Year Adventure of FFXIV.” That will be held at 9am PT/12pm ET on March 23, 2024 and appear on the FFXIVand PAX East Twitch channels. Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida will be there, and posters will be given away. The booth will have a New Player Experience section with Ifrit, Titan, or Garuda fights and FFXIV Online Starter Editions for people who beat them, a photo shoot area, and I Beat Asura Battle Challenge t-shirts for people who defeat Asura at the event.

The Final Fantasy XVI PAX East 2024 appearance is limited to a panel. That’s called “Leviathan the (Not So) Lost is Here: What’s New in FFXVI DLC, The Rising Tide” and focuses on the final expansion for the game. It will be held at 8:30am PT/11:30am ET on March 22, 2024. That will be streamed on the Square Enix and PAX East Twitch channels and Square Enix YouTube channel. Producer Naoki Yoshida, DLC Director Takeo Kujiraoka, and Localization Director Michael-Christopher Koji Fox will all appear. Attendees at the actual event will get pins of a pixel art version of Jill.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. Final Fantasy XVI is on the PS5 and will come to PCs. PAX East will run March 21-24, 2024.
