Final Fantasy XIV and Fender Collaboration Guitar Announced

Final Fantasy XIV Fender Guitar

Fender will release a limited edition Final Fantasy XIV Stratocaster electric guitar. Pre-orders will begin in Japan on May 25, 2021, with the guitar scheduled to release in late October 2021. The Final Fantasy XIV and Fender collaboration guitar will be available to European and North American audiences as well. However, pre-orders for those regions will open in late 2021 with the guitar expected to ship in late 2022. The guitar will cost ¥396,000 or $3,499.99.

Additionally, an electric guitar will be added into Final Fantasy XIV in Patch 5.55 through Performance mode. More information will be revealed through the Lodestone at a later date. Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.55 will release on May 25, 2021 which coincides with the Japanese pre-orders for the collaboration guitar. This also lines up for when the electric guitar will be added into the game.

Other Final Fantasy XIV merchandise consumers can get their hands on includes an Ardbert and The Crystal Exarch figure. Consumers can also get their hands on a Final Fantasy XIV water bottle. The water bottle can be obtained after purchasing more than $120 worth of select merchandise through the Square Enix online storefront.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC, with Patch 5.55 scheduled to arrive on May 25, 2021. The Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker expansion will arrive on November 23, 2021.
