Square Enix shared a closer look at Final Fantasy VII Remake summons with new videos showing the Cactuar, Carbuncle, and Chocobo Chick who come as bonus Materia DLC.
Cactuar Summon
The Cactuar moves well. It might show a blank expression but it can pull off deadly needle attacks. The Cactuar Summon Materica comes includes with pre-orders of the Final Fantasy VII Remake Deluxe, Digital Deluxe, and 1st Class Editions of the game. In Japan, it is a Square Enix e-Store bonus.
Carbuncle Summon
The Carbuncle is a mythical creature with a ruby attached to its forehead. It provides power to allies with the shining gem. The Carbuncle Summon Materia comes included with pre-orders of the Digital Deluxe Edition from the PlayStation Store. In Japan, it comes included as a PlayStation Store early-bonus.
Chocobo Chick Summon
Lastly, we have the Chocobo Chick. It is a young Chocobo. Contrary to its cute and fluffy appearance, it is capable of casting magic of various elements. The Chocobo Chick Summon Materia comes includes with pre-orders of any Final Fantasy VII Remake edition. In Japan, it is available as a 7net Shopping bonus.
