Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis Characters Appear on Fujiya Snacks

Square Enix announced the first official stream for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis, as well as an upcoming collaboration with Fujiya. The stream will take place on September 26, 2023 and the Fujiya collaboration items will appear in stores from October 6, 2023. You’ll be able to get Final Fantasy VII-themed desserts, with some of the boxes portraying Fujiya mascot Milky in Cloud and Aerith’s clothing. [Thanks, Dengeki Online!]

The first radio event stream for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis will bring new information on the game. Tetsuya Nomura, who is the creative director, will be there. Shoichi Ichikawa (the producer), Daiki Hamano (Glenn’s voice actor), and Yuki Tanaka (Lucia’s voice actress) will also be present. The stream will start from 8:00 PM JST on September 26, 2023. For those in North America, that would be 4:00 AM PT/7:00 AM ET on September 26, 2023.

The Fujiya collaboration will start from October 6, 2023 in Japan. You’ll be able to purchase Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis desserts, which come in boxes depicting characters sticking their tongues out much like Fujiya mascot Milky does. The items you’ll be able to purchase are:

  • Fat Chocobo cake: 490 JPY
  • Macarons: 800 JPY per box
  • Milky candy can: 440 JPY

Over 6 million people have downloaded Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis since its official release on September 7, 2023. In this mobile title, players can relive key moments from FFVII and Crisis Core FFVII. There are also new stories based on the FFVII The First Soldier game, which is no longer in service.
