Final Fantasy Piano Opera Concert Headed To USA And Latin America

Square Enix has announced that “Piano Opera: music from FINAL FANTASY” will be coming to the USA and Latin America, marking the concert’s first appearance outside of Japan.

 

The concert, supervised by renowned Final Fantasy series composer Nobuo Uematsu, features a collection of songs from the series played on a grand piano by pianist Hiroyuki Nakayama. “Ami” and “The Man with the Machine Gun” from Final Fantasy VIII, “Opening – Bombing Mission” and “Cosmo Canyon” from Final Fantasy VII, “Dancing Mad” from Final Fantasy VI, and “Melodies of Life” from Final Fantasy IX are just a few of the songs that will be performed at the concert.

Friday, February 26th, 2016 – New York, Mason Hall (Baruch Performing Arts Center)

 

Sunday, February 28th, 2016 – Los Angeles, Wilshire Ebell Theatre

 

Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 – Sao Paolo, Teatro Gamaro

 

Friday, March 4th, 2016 – Mexico D.F., Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral
