Familiar faces from Star Ocean games are joining another RPG. Square Enix has revealed a Star Ocean: Anamnesis crossover for Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. The crossover begins on July 27, 2018, and it is scheduled to end on August 9, 2018.
Five Star Ocean characters can be brought onto your Final Fantasy Brave Exvius team. Star Ocean: The Second Story’s Rena Lanford and Star Ocean: Till the End of Time’s Fayt Leingod will both be found in one featured summon. (These are refined versions of the characters that already appeared in the Japanese version of this mobile game.) Star Ocean’s Roddick Farrence and Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness’s Fidel Camuze are in a second featured summon. Meanwhile, Star Ocean: The Last Hope’s Reimi Saionji is a raid summon.
Final Fantasy Brave Exvius’ Star Ocean: Anamnesis raid event has been detailed on Facebook. It is Vanquish Jie Revorse. (You may remember him from the first Star Ocean.) In addition to the Reimi summon, some rewards include weapons like a Fierce Bow with Auto-Regen, Kogarasumaru, and Scarlet Roses.
Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. Star Ocean: Anamnesis is available for Android and Apple iOS devices.
