In addition to the release date, the official Twitter account for Fight of Animals confirmed a special preorder offer. People who call dibs on a digital copy early will get a 10% discount. This will be in effect between April 2-8, 2020, after the eShop listing for the game is live in its respective stores.

Fight of Animals is a fighter where every member of the roster is based on a famous animal meme. For example, its Longcat is based upon the Slender Cat, Crowrilla is based on the gorilla crow image, and the Eggdog is based on the Pomeranian trimmed to look like an egg. It has been getting frequent and regular free updates that add additional characters to the cast.

The Fight of Animals Switch version will come to the North American and European eShops on April 9, 2020. It is immediately available for the PC.
