Square Enix shared new FFVII Remake concept art of Aerith wearing her red dress option during one of the Wall Market sections in the game. The new artwork includes full color, line art versions, and in-game renders of Aerith.
The red dress is the option players get when they complete all six Odd Jobs in Chapter 8 of FFVII Remake. The social media post shared by Square Enix includes details of Aerith’s design for this dress. Aerith’s hair is curled even more than in her usual design. In addition, she was also given hair extensions to pair up with the dress.
The jewelry Aerith is wearing with the red dress design is also more refined, with a simple three-piece bracelet on her left wrist and an elaborate gold bracelet on her right arm imitating leaves. A big red ribbon also adorns the back of her waist. Furthermore, Aerith also wears ornaments in the shape of flowers on her hair.

Square Enix previously shared the concept art of another of Aertih’s three possible Wall Market dresses on August 2023. The developer also decided to spotlight one of Cloud’s dresses in July 2023 as well.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is now available for the PS4, PS5, and Windows PC. Its sequel, FFVII Rebirth, will come out for the PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024. Its exclusivity arrangement will end on May 29, 2024.
