Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Producer Yoshinori Kitase, Director Naoki Hamaguchi, and Battle Director Teruki Endo will be attending Otakon 2024 for its 30th anniversary. This marks the first time these creators will visit Otakon. The announcement was made on Twitter.

Otakon, known for celebrating Asian pop culture, will host Kitase, Hamaguchi, and Endo. It is unknown how involved the creators will be when present at the event, which runs from August 2-4, 2024, in Washington, D.C. The official site doesn’t yet list a Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Otakon 2024 panel for them, but that should be updated on the schedule in the coming weeks.
For those new to the series, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is a sequel and remake of the original FFVII, offering a fresh narrative while paying homage to the classic. It involves three parts, though only the first two are out now. FFVII
