Evangelion Battlefields was originally published and operated by Mobcast Games. LIONA will now be handling the production of the mobile Evangelion title. The official press release also mentions that the developers will continue to provide better service even after the transfer between companies has been made.

This mobile game was accompanied by the physical release of figurines and controllers that could be used in tandem with Battlefields. Available figurines include notable Evangelion characters Rei, Asuka, Shinji, and Misato. Other characters have received figurines as well. Evangelion Battlefields is a real-time action combat game. Players can duke it out while controlling their favorite EVAs in both ranged and melee combat.
