EA Games Says It Will Be Bringing One Of Its “Bigger Games” To The Nintendo Switch

After the Nintendo Switch was official revealed last month, many publishers and developers were listed as supporting the upcoming console, including EA. Though no exact details have been shared, during this year’s UBS Global Technology Conference, EA CFO Blake Jorgensen revealed that EA will be making “a game or two” on the console. Jorgensen’s full comment is as follows:

“In terms of Nintendo, in their announcement they announced that we’ll be supporting with a game or two on that new platform. We haven’t yet announced what game, but you should assume that it’s one of our bigger games we’ve been involved with.”

Additionally, Jorgensen talked a little more about the Switch in general, saying he believes it is too early to be able to predict if Nintendo’s upcoming system will be successful or not.

“We’re excited for Nintendo, it’s an interesting device, but I can’t yet predict how broad it’s going to be, and will people be interested in a portable device alongside their regular portable device that they have.”

The Nintendo Switch is scheduled to release sometime in March 2017.
