This year’s E3 won’t only include an app, virtual events, and showcase presentations under the banner of the show. The ESA announced that there will also be an E3 2021 Awards Show on June 15, 2021. An exact time hasn’t been set, but it will both honor games that appear at the event and show new titles.

The E3 2021 Awards Show will close out the show and be hosted by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller, Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez, and Jacki Jing. The event will go over games honored by editors from GamesRadar, GameSpot, IGN, and PC Gamer. While the official site noted it will include announcements, the official Twitter account clarified that portion referred to E3 2021 as a whole.

As a reminder, multiple companies confirmed their E3 2021 appearances. Microsoft and Nintendo were among the first. Ubisoft’s Ubisoft Forward show will appear then. Square Enix has plans for the event. Bandai Namco, Sega, and XSEED will show up as well. However, Konami will not attend the 2021 show, though it is working on some new games. People will be able to participate at the site or mobile hub

The E3 2021 Awards Show will be held on June 15, 2021. People will be able to watch it via Twitch and YouTube or in the official E3 2021 app.
