The Steam releases of Dungeon Travelers 2 and its sequel Dungeon Travelers 2-2 are officially canceled. EXNOA and publisher Shiravune announced that the games won’t reach the digital storefront due to the difficulties of maintaining the level of quality expected of the games while also being able to comply with Steam guidelines. Because of these difficulties, Shiravune decided that adjusting both titles to be able to appear on the platform would compromise the appeal of the games. The PC ports of the game were originally announced back in April 2023 for the digital platform Johren. However, due to the Steam review system the versions for the Valve platform were pending.

While the Steam versions are cancelled, people can still purchase Dungeon Travelers 2 and Dungeon Travelers 2-2 on Johren. The Johren versions of the games released worldwide back in June 9, 2023, and they are available in English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese. Both titles are priced at $19.99.

As a reminder for Johren users, the English and Traditional Chinese servers for Touken Ranbu Online available on the platform will be closing down on late August 2023, but the Japanese servers will remain active.

Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal and Dungeon Travelers 2-2: The Fallen Maidens & the Book of Beginnings are readily available on Johren.
