Drink Up, Shiren the Wanderer 5 DX Pack Comes With A Teacup

Here’s the tentative box art for Shiren the Wanderer 5: Fortune Tower and the Dice of Fate. In order to get excited for the game’s December 9th release, Famitsu and Chunsoft are commemorating the occasion with a special “DX Pack.”

Ordering the game from the Enterbrain store — Enterbrain being Famitsu’s parent company — will net you goodies like a porcelain teacup, a 2011 desktop calender and a towel. No images of these are available as of yet; the store uses a “Now Printing” sign as a placeholder.

 

Pre-order will net you two more goodies in the form of a limited-edition soundtrack and an 8-page booklet with a look back at the Shiren series. Here’s what the OST looks like:

Unlike the last couple games, Chunsoft are publishing Shiren 5 themselves in Japan. The game includes some sort of multiplayer mode as well as some of the improvements from Shiren 4, such as the day and night system.
