Dragon’s Crown Has Moved Over 800,000 Copies Worldwide

Dragon’s Crown has shipped over 800,000 copies worldwide, Index Corporation announced this morning. The game was released on the PlayStation 3 and Vita, and the 800k figure includes both shipments to retailers as well as download copies sold.

Additionally, Dragon’s Crown has won both a “Gold Prize” and “User’s Choice Award” at the 2013 PlayStation Awards. In commemoration of the game’s achievements, Atlus will be selling it at a discount for a limited period of time in Japan.

 

From December 11th to January 8th, Dragon’s Crown will be available for 4,980 yen on the PlayStation Network (down from 6,980 yen).
