Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden was released on the Nintendo 3DS in both North America and Europe back in October 2015. When it did, the 2D fighter was missing a three modes. Japan ended up getting a patch that added these extra features back in December 2015, and now it’s come to other regions.
Of the three new modes, the Online Mode may be most anticipated. It allows people to fight against one another online. Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden also gets Extreme Survival and Training Modes after the patch is applied. These allow someone to try and survive as long as possible or practice character’s moves.
The patch also makes some other adjustments to Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden. The game has been rebalanced, with some character’s moves tweaked. Also, Goku Farmer and other Z Assist Characters have been added.
Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden is immediately available for the Nintendo 3DS.
