Dragalia Lost Is Getting A New Windswept Warriors Banner And Old Skyborne Spectacle Raid

Dragalia Lost’s banner and event are being updated on August 31, 2019, and CyGames is bringing a little of something old and a little of something new. The old involves the Skyborne Spectacle Raid that originally appeared at the end of January 2019. It is coming back, giving people a chance to befriend Su Feng again. It will be joined by the all new Windswept Warriors Summon Showcase, which will begin August 31, 2019 and end on September 12, 2019.

The Dragalia Lost Windswept Warriors features two new adventurers and one new dragon. Victor is a five-star, wind element blade user, Noelle is a four-star, light element wand wielder, and Vayu is a five-star wind dragon.

Here are Victor and Vayu’s skills, which were revealed on the official website.

Victor:

Skills:

Steel Formation

Deals wind damage to the target and nearby enemies,
inflicts bleeding, and activates "Skill Shift" if the attack
connects. Phase II adds an additional 3% increase to
the entire team’s water resistance for 20 seconds,
while Phase III also grants all teammates
a one-use shield that nullifies damage less
than 20% of the user’s maximum HP.
This does not stack with any other shields.

Lethal Stratagem

Deals wind damage to the target and nearby enemies,
and grants all teammates immunity to knockback
for 15 seconds.

Co-abilities

Strength +10%

Increases strength by 10%.
Benefits your whole team.

Abilities

HP 70% = Strength +13%

Increases strength by 13% when HP is 70% or above.

Bog Res +100%

Reduces susceptibility to bog by 100%.

Buff Time +30%

Increases duration of buff skills by 30%.

 

Vayu:

Skills:

Purusha Prana

Deals wind damage to enemies in a line, and increases
the damage dealt by the user’s next skill by 40%.

Abilities:

(Wind) Strength +20%

If the user is attuned to Wind:
increases strength by 20%.

(Wind) Skill Damage +90%

If the user is attuned to Wind:
increases attack skill damage by 90%.
